You may learn the secrets of gastronomy and techniques by our Chefs; Chef Christophe Bidault, Chef Arnaud Declercq, Chef Franck Bruwier, Chef Richard Vacher, Chef Frederic Amirat. Get your pen and paper ready for 3 hours and witness magical Le Cordon Bleu experience.

 

Le Cordon Bleu Master Chef’s will be sharing the recipes from Alsace Region French cuisine Tecniques including filleting whole, stuffing and braising, poached mixture, roasting and stewing. Braised trout with Riesling wine, Spaetzle noodles, Roast Rack of Pork, Stewed Cabbage with caraway seeds will be shown.
