Le Cordon Bleu Master Chef’s will be sharing the recipes from Bordeaux region French cuisine Tecniques including cutting for cooking, preperation for cooking, pan friying, slicing tecniques. Green asparagus with walnut vinaigrette, Fillet of beef with red wine sauce Fillet of beef with red wine sauce, “Noisettes” potatoes and Rum cake will be shown.
