Le Cordon Bleu Master Chef’s will be sharing the recipes from Bourgogne Region French cuisine Tecniques including puff pastry, preperation of Chlorophyll, cutting for Sautéing, stewing and baking. Snail Vol-au-vents, Parsley Chlorophyll, Traditional Rabbit Stew and Spiced Bread will be shown.
