Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs share special techniques like molding, tempering, filling with the chocolate lovers… In this program, participants will learn to make the finest examples of the chocolate such as Truffles, moulded chocolates, Malakoff, caramel cups together with special tips.

Included in the price:
Six-hour group practical lesson (inclusive of a 30-minute break). All ingredients, cooking equipment and teaching resources are provided in our practical kitchen for use on the day. No prior knowledge is required for this course, which is suitable for both beginners and cooks with some experience, and all of the food created during the day is yours to take home with you.
Following the completion of the workshop, Le Cordon Bleu Workshop certificate will be granted to the participants.
