Using the finest products, you will cook your way around France, discovering new ingredients and exciting flavor combinations. Designed with food lovers in mind, you will be able to explore local French specialties under the guidance of one of our Chefs who will teach you the craft of balancing flavors, whilst learning fundamental French cooking techniques.

After completing of this course, the student would have understanding of the culinary techniques below;
– Quiche dough making technique
– French meringue making technique
– Basic cutting techniques
– Cutting of raw chicken technique
– Creme Angles making technique
– Cooking in bain-marie technique
Included in the price:
Six-hour group practical lesson (inclusive of a 30-minute break). All ingredients, an apron, cooking equipments and teaching resources are provided in our practical kitchen for use on the day. No prior knowledge is required for this course, which is suitable for both beginners and cooks with some experience, and all of the food created during the day is yours to take home with you.
Following the completion of the workshop, the Le Cordon Bleu Workshop Certificate will be granted to the participants.
