You may learn the secrets of gastronomy and techniques by our Chefs; Chef Christophe Bidault, Chef Arnaud Declercq, Chef Franck Bruwier, Chef Richard Vacher, Chef Frederic Amirat. Get your pen and paper ready for 3 hours and witness magical Le Cordon Bleu experience.

Le Cordon Bleu Master Chef’s will be sharing the recipes from French pastry with  special techniques including mousseline, lady fingers biscuits,chestnut mousse, ganache, syrup and decorations. Chestnut mousse encased in sponge will be shown.
