You may learn the secrets of gastronomy and techniques by our Chefs; Chef Christophe Bidault, Chef Arnaud Declercq, Chef Franck Bruwier, Chef Richard Vacher, Chef Frederic Amirat. Get your pen and paper ready for 3 hours and witness magical Le Cordon Bleu experience.

Le Cordon Bleu Master Chef’s will be sharing the recipes from French Boulangerie with special techniques including make a doug, fermantation, flavourings, method of preparation of the bread. Italian Olive Oil Bread(Focaccia), Rye Bread and Breakfast Bread Enriched with Milk, Butter and Eggs will be shown.
