You may learn the secrets of gastronomy and techniques by our Chefs; Chef Christophe Bidault, Chef Arnaud Declercq, Chef Franck Bruwier, Chef Richard Vacher, Chef Frederic Amirat. Get your pen and paper ready for 3 hours and witness magical Le Cordon Bleu experience.

 

Le Cordon Bleu Master Chef’s will be sharing the recipes from French Pastry with special techniques including make a dacquoise and mousse, glazing and decorating a cake. White Chocolate and Pistachio Entremet with a Red Fruit Jelly Centre will be shown.
