Entering the kitchen together with the experienced chefs of Le Cordon Bleu in a day-long workshop for “Pasta” and “Risotto” lovers of indispensable Italian Cuisine; basic kitchen techniques, making and shaping of handmade pasta dough, risotto cooking, fruit segmentation and fruit puree sauce making techniques, and you will be preparing these recipes;

 

– Fresh tagliatelle in a creamy Gorgonzola Sauce,

– Risotto with Chicken and Fresh Spices,

– Panna Cotta with Seasonal Fruit Sauce,
