Created for pasta and risotto lovers, this one-day cooking course will help you to expand your pasta and risotto making techniques and knowledge.
With our experienced Le Cordon Bleu Chefs you will learn to master the art of creating authentic handmade pasta dough and surprise your loved ones with the stunning meals you will prepare.

– Risotto with Chicken and Fresh Herbs
– Tagliatelle with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce
– Panna Cotta with Fresh Seasonal Fruits
After completing the course, you will learn these culinary skills:
– Basic cuisine knife skills
– Making fresh pasta dough and shaping it
– Pan Frying
– Making Risotto
– Segmenting Fruit
– Preparing Fruit Coulis
Included in the price:
Six-hour group practical lesson (inclusive of a 30-minute break). All ingredients, cooking equipment and teaching resources are provided in our practical kitchen for use on the day. No prior knowledge is required for this course, which is suitable for both beginners and cooks with some experience, and all of the food created during the day is yours to take home with you.
Following the completion of the workshop, the Le Cordon Bleu Workshop Certificate will be granted to the participants.
