The participants will work with award-winning Le Cordon Bleu Chefs, who gained their experiences in five star Michelin restaurants and 5 stars’ hotels. The participants will learn professional techniques and secrets of making the French classical “brioche and croissant”.

Six-hour group practical lesson (inclusive of a 30-minute break). All ingredients, cooking equipment and teaching resources are provided in our practical kitchen for use on the day. No prior knowledge is required for this course, which is suitable for both beginners and cooks with some experience, and all of the food created during the day is yours to take home with you.
Following the completion of the workshop, the Le Cordon Bleu Workshop Certificate will be granted to the participants.
