Le Cordon Bleu Master Chef’s will be sharing the recipes from Light French cuisine Tecniques including cutting for cooking, Pasta Doug, cooking to order, slicing tecniques and preperation of cold dessert. Sautée Turkey Piccatas with Lime, Fine Herb Noodles, Beetroot Gravlax, Pineapple Ravioli with Coriander and Mint Mascarpone will be shown.
