You may learn the secrets of gastronomy and techniques by our Chefs; Chef Christophe Bidault, Chef Arnaud Declercq, Chef Franck Bruwier, Chef Richard Vacher, Chef Frederic Amirat. Get your pen and paper ready for 3 hours and witness magical Le Cordon Bleu experience.

Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs will be sharing Macaron recipes, one of the signature tastes of French Pastry. Our Master Chefs will be demonstrating special techniques including cream filling, making Italian mereng macaroons, décoration, ganache preperation and butter cream preparation.
