You may learn the secrets of gastronomy and techniques by our Chefs; Chef Christophe Bidault, Chef Arnaud Declercq, Chef Erich Ruppen, Chef Richard Vacher, Chef Frederic Amirat, Chef Alican Saygı. Get your pen and paper ready for 3 hours and witness the magical Le Cordon Bleu experience.

 

Le Cordon Bleu Master Chef’s will be sharing the recipes from Provence Region French cuisine techniques including stew technique, preparing basil oil and tapenade, marination, making bouillabaisse and rouille sauce. Grilled Seabream Fillets Niçoise Style and Marseille Style Bouillabaise(Fish Soup) will be shown.
