Learn to create perfect desserts every time with our Plated Desserts one-day cooking course in Istanbul.

 

Our patisserie Chefs will teach you how to produce the two main types of plated desserts, leading you through the crucial stages of the plated desserts making process including:

 

  • Velvet sponge base
  • Raspberry crème
  • Lavender ice Cream
  • Redcurrant Tuiel
  • Coffee feuilletine
  • Exotic Fruit Sorbet
  • Caramel Mousse

Included in the price:

Six-hour group practical lesson (inclusive of a 30-minute break). All ingredients, cooking equipment and teaching resources are provided in our practical kitchen for use on the day. No prior knowledge is required for this course, which is suitable for both beginners and cooks with some experience, and all of the food created during the day is yours to take home with you.

Following the completion of the workshop, the Le Cordon Bleu Workshop Certificate will be granted to the participants.

Maximum of 16 participants.

Duration: 1 day

18 years old age limit.
