You may learn the secrets of gastronomy and techniques by our Chefs; Chef Christophe Bidault, Chef Arnaud Declercq, Chef Franck Bruwier, Chef Richard Vacher, Chef Frederic Amirat. Get your pen and paper ready for 3 hours and witness the magical Le Cordon Bleu experience.

 

Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs will be sharing the recipes of seafood cuisine together with special techniques of cleaning, steaming, reducing, opening oysters, cooking in stock and removing the shell, setting-up and presentation. Our chefs will also demonstrate “Mussels Stewed in White Wine, Oysters on a Bed of Ice and Stuffed Lobster”.
