The participants will have the chance to work together with the Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs who worked in Michelin Star hotels and restaurants. They will learn and apply the traditional techniques for making exquisite examples of classical breads.

Six-hour group practical lesson (inclusive of a 30-minute break). All ingredients, an apron and tea towel, a cooking equipment and teaching resources are provided in our practical kitchen for use on the day. No prior knowledge is required for this course, which is suitable for both beginners and cooks with some experience, and all of the food created during the day is yours to take home with you.
Following the completion of the workshop, the Le Cordon Bleu Workshop Certificate will be granted to the participants.
