You are invited to the free GASTRO SHOW with Le Cordon Bleu Instructor Chefs!

At our Gastro Show on Friday, June 14, 4:00 pm; you will learn the kitchen techniques and tricks of Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs.

Le Cordon Bleu Technical Director Instructor Erich Ruppen and Le Cordon Bleu Instructor Chef Paul Métay will explain the construction and presentation of “Rack of Lamb with Herb Crust, Vegetable Tian” ​and “Spiced Pear Dacquoise with Chocolate and Red Wine Sauce” ​​recipes.

Take your paper & pen and witness the magical world of Le Cordon Bleu for 2 hours.

Everyone who wants to visit our school, meet our Chefs and get detailed information about our training are welcome to our free Open House Gastro Show event.
