The first of the Tea Time Talks with Le Cordon Bleu Chefs takes place with Pastry Department Head Instructor Chef Marc Pauquet and Le Cordon Bleu Paris Graduate Chef Aylin Yazıcıoğlu. We will be happy to see you among us in the "Tea Time Talks with Le Cordon Bleu Chefs" with the theme "Designing Plated Desserts and Use of Local Ingredients" which will be held online.
