Fundamentals of French Bakery Workshop

The participants will have the chance to work together with the Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs who worked in Michelin Star hotels and restaurants. They will learn and apply the traditional techniques for making exquisite examples of classical breads.

Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie Chefs will teach you how to produce bread making process including:

  • Italian Bread with Olive Oil “Focaccia”
  • Small Breads “Petit Pain”
  • Viennese Baguette “Viennoise”
