Fresh Pasta Making Workshop

Created for pasta lovers, this 1-day cooking course will help you to expand your pasta making techniques and knowledge. You will learn with our Le Cordon Bleu Chef’s how to master the art of creating authentic handmade pasta dough including green tagliatelle, ravioli and potato dumpling such as gnocchi.

Under the guidance of our Le Cordon Bleu Chef, you will learn basic knife cuts as well as some classical culinary skills below:

  • Knife skills; dicing vegetables
  • Making fresh pasta dough and shaping it
  • Preparation of colourful pasta dough
  • Making fresh gnocchi dough and shaping it
  • Sauce preparation
  • Preparation ravioli filling
