Within the scope of May 21-27 Turkish Cuisine Week events, Özyeğin University Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department and Le Cordon Bleu will be discussing important topics about Turkish Cuisine with special guests.

In the seminar, which will be moderated by Le Cordon Bleu Turkey Director Defne Ertan Tüysüzoğlu, Özyeğin University Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department Head, Assoc. Dr. Özge Samancı will be sharing her valuable thoughts on "The Future of Turkish Cuisine" with you.
