I had the opportunity to observe that thanks to the high quality of education offered by the chef candidates who were trained or graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Istanbul, they are able to undertake the work with great ease and have the potential to carry our missions forward as well So much so that I have sent 2 chef candidates who I have worked with, who I have been satisfied with their performance and professionalism to my Michelin star friends abroad for their internship. I would like to thank Özyeğin University Le Cordon Bleu family for their contributions to the sector and to the contribution they have made to the market.
