Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs will be sharing the recipes from Light French cuisine Techniques including cutting for cooking, Pasta Doug, cooking to order, slicing techniques and preparation of cold dessert. Sautée turkey “piccatas” with lime, fine herb noodles, beetroot gravlax, pineapple ravioli with coriander and mint mascarpone will be demonstrated.
