"Cordon Vert® Vegetarian Cuisine"

You are invited to the Open House Gastroshow "Cordon Vert® Vegetarian Cuisine" which will be a live broadcast from the school with Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs.

Le Cordon Bleu Alumna, Cookbook Author, and Instructor Chef Semen Öner will share her educational and career journey with you.

Following her, Le Cordon Bleu Instructor Chef Luca De Astis ​will be presenting the "Cordon Vert® Vegetarian Cuisine" recipe "Potato Gnocchi Stuffed with Roasted Onions, Red Pesto, Roasted Potato Emulsion, and Cured Ricotta" in detail. You will learn the culinary techniques and tips of Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs.

After the presentation of our Instructor Chef, we will be having a Question and Answer session about Le Cordon Bleu Programmes and our graduate's experiences in her culinary journey.
