The participants will work with learn the classical French Culinary techniques from Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs, who gained their experiences in Michelin restaurants and 5 stars’ hotels. The participants will learn professional techniques and secrets of making the French classical “Madeleines” & “Pain de Genes”along with several recipes.
