Gateaux de Voyage - Travel Cakes Workshop

The participants will work with learn the classical French Culinary techniques from Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs, who gained their experiences in Michelin restaurants and 5 stars’ hotels. The participants will learn professional techniques and secrets of making the French classical “Madeleines” & “Pain de Genes”along with several recipes.

Content of the course;

  • Madeleines
  • Chocolate Brownie
  • Sour Cherry & Crumble Cake
  • Pain de Genes
  • Lemon Summer Cake
  • Caramel Cake

Notes:

Workshop Fee: 1800TL

Attendees must be at least 18 years old of age.
