3 Days Mediterranean Cuisine Gourmet Course

Le Cordon Bleu's experienced Chefs will enter the kitchen with food enthusiasts who are interested to discover the classics of the Mediterranean Cuisine with the 3 day-long gourmet course. By joining to this course, you will be creating exciting flavor combinations while learning the basic culinary techniques along with different types of cooking techniques and will preparing tasteful recipes for you and your loved ones.

Course Content

Mediterranean Cuisine Day 1

1 hour introduction (kitchen behavioural rules)

Moroccan fish stew

Lamb tajine with dried plums, served with cous cous

Sesame almond cake            

 

Mediterranean Cuisine Day 2

Tomato gazpacho

Chicken and seafood paella

Potato tortilla

Churros with chocolate

 

Mediterranean Cuisine Day 3

Tagliatelle with gorgonzola cheese sauce and walnuts

Sea bass Guazzetto with vongole and potato

Panna cotta with fruit salad

Notes:

Attendees must be at least 18 years old of age.
