You are invited to our "Turkish Cuisine Gastroshow" from International Chef's perspective, specially designed for the 21 - 27 May Turkish Cuisine Week, where in the first part Le Cordon Bleu Istanbul Technical Director Chef Erich Ruppen will present a special recipe of ''Ekşili Köfte'' and in the second part, Le Cordon Bleu Istanbul Pastry Department Head Chef Marc Pauquet will present the recipe '' Kadayıf''.
