The participants will work with and learn the classical French Culinary techniques from Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs, who gained their experiences in Michelin restaurants and 5 stars’ hotels. The participants will learn professional techniques and secrets of making the French classical ''Croissant'' along with several recipes of Viennoiserie.
