At our Gastro Show on Wednesday, December 19, 3:00 pm; you will learn the kitchen techniques and tricks of Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs.

Le Cordon Bleu Instructor Chefs Arnaud Declercq and Paul Métay will explain the construction and presentation of “Canard A L’orange” and “Spiced Pear Dacquoise with Chocolate and Red Wine Sauce” recipes.
