You are invited to the free GASTRO SHOW with Le Cordon Bleu Instructor Chefs!

At our Gastro Show on Friday, November 29, 4:00 pm; you will learn the kitchen techniques and tricks of Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs.

Le Cordon Bleu Technical Director-Instructor Chef Erich Ruppen and Le Cordon Bleu Instructor Chef Paul Métay will explain the construction and presentation of “Lamb Sirloin With Herb Crust (Modern Boning)” and “Spiced Pear Dacquoise with Chocolate and Red Wine Sauce​”​ recipes.
