“Open House Gastroshow” to be held on Friday, 24th of October 2025, at 3:00 pm, Le Cordon Bleu Instructor Chef Paul Metay will share the making and presentation of the special “Croquembouche” recipe for
“Le Cordon Bleu 130.Anniversary Gastroshow”.

Everyone who wants to visit our school, meet our Chefs and get detailed information about our training is welcome to our free Open House Gastroshow event.
