French Boulangerie Demo Lesson

Le Cordon Bleu Master Chef’s will be sharing the recipes from French Boulangerie with special techniques including make a doug, fermentation, flavourings, method of preparation of the bread. Italian Olive Oil Bread (Focaccia), Rye Bread and Breakfast Bread Enriched with Milk, Butter and Eggs (Baguette Viennoise) will be shown.
