Over the last century Le Cordon Bleu has seen revolutionizing change as we have evolved from a Parisian cooking school to an international network of culinary arts and hospitality institutes. Meet Our Chefs

Le Cordon Bleu Istanbul students are trained and taught by the internationally acclaimed Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs who have worked in top-level positions in the world’s best cuisines and Michelin-starred restaurants with comprehensive programs of practice sessions, demonstrations, and theoretic courses, and benefit from the vast knowledge of these chefs.

The language of instruction of the programs, which has International Instructor Chefs in its staff, is English. At the end of these trainings realized with simultaneous interpreters; both in English and French terminology of the world of gastronomy, they now have the material and technical knowledge to write their own recipes.

The Beginning

Le Cordon Bleu began offering culinary arts and pastry education at Özyeğin University. This collaboration aims to provide students with a world-class education.

2015

Alumni

The first Alumni earned their diplomas in culinary arts and patisserie. They began working at prestigious restaurants around the world.

New Programme

Özyeğin University and Le Cordon Bleu added new programs such as gastronomy and culinary management. These programs aim to offer students broader career opportunities.

2023

10th Anniversary Celebration

Le Cordon Bleu and Özyeğin University celebrated the 10th anniversary of their collaboration. During this time, many students have gone on to achieve successful careers worldwide.

2024

New Fields of Education

Le Cordon Bleu has opened new training areas and culinary laboratories at Özyeğin University. These modern facilities offer students more opportunities for practical application and learning innovative culinary techniques.
