Sweetest Version of Love

The symbol of prestige and excellence in culinary arts Le Cordon Bleu, master chefs of Istanbul, made the painting named “The Sweetest Version of Love” at Harvey Nichols for the celebration of Valentine’s Day.

Chocolate is the symbol of love and passion for centuries, the nobility of aristocratic women in antiquity, a delicacy with more than 800 varieties, an exquisite taste that could not be shared with anyone, and an exquisite taste that could be sought in the middle of the night; on Saturday, February 10, at Harvey Nichols in an atmosphere specially created for Valentine's Day, in the hands of Özyeğin University - Le Cordon Bleu master chefs Richard Vacher ve Christophe Bidault and their students turned into a work of art.  According to Chef Vacher “Pastry and art has always been a source of inspiration for each other. As educators, I believe it is our mission to convey our experience, aesthetic understanding and worldview to our students. He said “this is the most beautiful example of this work, working with them, working with chocolate techniques and creating a work of art, on how to address the eye and the palate”.

200 kg of chocolate was used for the art work by famous French Instructor chefs named “The Sweetest Version of Love” this huge chocolate artwork made by students from Özyeğin University, Department of gastronomy and culinary arts and Le Cordon Bleu Superior Certificate Program students. The giant chocolate artwork called the “The Sweetest Version of Love” which emerged as a result of a 20-day study by 8 students and two instructor chefs was exhibited on the G floor of Harvey Nichols.
