Le Cordon Bleu's experienced Chefs will enter the kitchen together with you in a day-long workshop for enthusiasts to discover the classics of the French cuisine, creating exciting flavor combinations; basic culinary techniques, preparing shortcrust quiche dough, braising & stewing cooking techniques, cooking vegetables  à  blanc &  à  brun, and preparing a coagulated cream for desert by preparing these recipes:

Quiche Lorraine

Beef Bourguignone

Crème Brûlée

You can prepare a wonderful table that has a French flavor with what you learned from this workshop and you can make your loved ones happy.
